Art students from The Sketch Pad Art Studio-Brownsburg were in the gallery today working on seascapes and landscapes in chalk pastel. They learned how to blend analogous colors to create the effect of a sunset as well as how to create the reflection of a sun setting  in water by using deeper values in the reflection During the week students also created works of art in oil pastel, polymer clay, and acrylic paint.
