Experience more than thirty works by the artist on exhibit. Shirley Woolard’s watercolors whisk you away from the ice and snow to a warmer time and place. Experience spring now, through images of apple blossoms and peonies. Woolard’s botanicals continue to bloom into summer with morning glories, water lilies and romantic roses. Country scenes of a rooster scratching, a basket of peaches and a grandmother in her kitchen with her canning jars make you long for the fruits of summer. Other works take you to warmer places as summer’s light reflects off of flamingoes, beaches and the mountains of Sedona.
